Engagement and development
Выдающиеся компании отличает не только сила отдельных лидеров, но и среда, которая раскрывает их потенциал. Мы работаем и с этой средой, и с конкретными инструментами, которые в ней нужны.

How We Think About Leadership Development
OUR PERSPECTIVE
We do not believe in generic training programs or standardized tools applied uniformly across organizations and departments. Such solutions often produce only short-term results—or fail altogether—because the root cause is rarely the absence of a particular tool. More often, it lies in the environment created by leaders and the organization itself.
No One-Size-Fits-All Solutions
01
Effective development starts with understanding the specific challenges of a company, team, or individual. We begin by identifying the gap and its underlying causes, and only then design the most appropriate solution.
Diagnosis Before Intervention
02
In some cases, the answer is not a training program but the environment itself. Working groups, experiments, peer learning, and leadership practices can create the conditions that encourage people to adopt new behaviors and ways of working.
Option 1: The Environment as the Solution
03
In other cases, the answer is focused development. We design workshops, learning journeys, and leadership programs tailored to a specific, clearly diagnosed capability gap—ensuring that development is relevant, practical, and directly connected to business needs.
Option 2: Targeted Development

Leadership Accelerator
  • The best salesperson in a department is promoted into a leadership role. Without preparation, they risk becoming a weak manager—not because they lack capability, but because the rules of the game change completely. Results are no longer achieved through personal sales performance, but through other people. The company risks losing a strong salesperson without gaining a strong leader in return.

  • There is another challenge: the team of newly appointed managers itself. Just yesterday they were competing against one another for positions in the sales rankings. Now they must learn to trust each other and share management practices, rather than simply compete for results.

  • Leadership Accelerator is a program that guides new managers through this transition—from management tools and facilitated discussions of real workplace situations to the formation of a cohesive leadership team capable of elevating the performance of the entire department.
The four solutions below were not created as off-the-shelf products. Each emerged in response to a specific client challenge and was refined through real-world application.

The Art of Strong Appointments
  • Companies consistently identify attracting and retaining talent as a strategic priority. According to RosExpert, 70% of C-level executives rank it as the most important capability for future success.

  • Research by Zurukin & Partners highlights a gap between this priority and organizational readiness. Only 20% of managers have received training in candidate assessment, while only 10% systematically evaluate a candidate’s potential and values when making hiring decisions.

  • The gap widens as organizations grow. The faster a company scales, the more managers become involved in hiring decisions, often without any formal preparation.

  • The workshop is not structured as a traditional training program with a fixed curriculum. Instead, it follows a sequence: deep immersion into the company’s context, systematization of findings, development of content tailored specifically to those findings, and only then learning and reinforcement through real interviews and actual hiring decisions—not abstract case studies.

  • At its core is our Multifactor Candidate Assessment model.

Team Motivation Workshop
  • Managers see that employees are losing engagement—according to Gallup, this indicator declined by 21% in 2024—but most often they approach the problem from the wrong angle. They view it as an HR issue, while in reality it must be addressed at the level of the team leader.

  • Traditional engagement tools often produce only short-term effects or fail altogether because the root cause lies not in the tools themselves, but in the environment created by the manager.

  • This workshop equips leaders with practical tools for shaping that environment: how to sustain the engagement of experienced, high-performing employees before disengagement turns into burnout or resignation.

  • The format is tailored to the situation—from a single session designed to explore the challenge and identify initial actions, to a series of meetings with practical application in the manager’s day-to-day work, similar to the Practice Lab format used in the Leadership Accelerator.

"Future Modeling"
  • Strategy is almost always formulated in the executive team’s meeting room—and just as often stalls during implementation. People fail to see how their work connects to the broader goal, lose interest, and respond to top-down initiatives with resistance rather than support.

  • We discovered that the issue is not the quality of the strategy itself, but who participates in creating it. Middle managers are both an accurate indicator of an organization’s leadership capital and its true voice. When middle managers become co-authors of the vision and the plan rather than recipients of it, resistance turns into commitment. By taking responsibility for collective decisions, they become leaders whom others are willing to follow.

  • The format consists of a series of strategic sessions involving the executive team and key employees: interviews to understand the context → workshops that surface real gaps and barriers → synthesis of findings into concrete solutions → alignment of outcomes with the executive team. The result is not a generic statement about the future, but a set of priorities and an action plan embraced by the people responsible for delivering it.
Solutions Built from Real Business Challenges
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
A higher concentration of leadership capital within the organization and reduced dependence on external hiring. Teams that respond more effectively to new challenges—and leaders who are able to sustain and strengthen that capability themselves, without ongoing reliance on external advisors or consultants.
